David Scott Cohen is a prominent and well-respected fitness trainer with thirty two years experience who was written up in New York Magazine (January 19th- 26th 2004) as one of the five top trainers in NYC. He was also featured in an article in Gotham Magazine (December 2006 – January 2007) on the subject of trainers.
His clientele has included such well-known actors and television personalities as Marlo Thomas, Jill Rappaport and Kevin Spacey who he trained for a major motion picture. David’s client list has run the gamut from prominent CEO’s of major companies and other high-powered executives to teenagers either looking to improve their athletic ability or their body image and self-esteem. David has also had many articles published in magazines in the area of health awareness. In 1991 Mr. Cohen took 1st place in the NYC ANBC (American Natural Bodybuilding Conference) contest in Brooklyn NY. David was an amateur boxer and fought in many Friday night fights at the famous Gleasons in Brooklyn.
David has also had extensive experience in the health club industry, managing and then owning a health Club in NYC; an upscale club of over 20,000 square feet with a clientele of over 2,000 members.
